These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everything you buy from Kenvix ("we", "us", "our") through this store. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms. They explain delivery times, how to report a damaged, wrong, missing or undelivered item, and when refunds are available.
Use each product as described on its product page and in any instructions included with it. Products are sold for ordinary consumer use, not for resale or commercial use.
We sell products as they are described. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Some states don't allow limits like these, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
If you send us a photo, video or message (for example, with a refund request), you allow us to use it to review and resolve your request, including sharing it with our fulfillment partner.
We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but we don't guarantee that everything on this site is error-free or current. We may correct errors and update content at any time.
Don't use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to collect data about other people.
We may update these Terms. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
